Two- bedroomed tourist flat — Nightly

These self-contained two-bedroomed units have refurbished bathrooms and kitchens. Each unit has a TV, lounge, dining facilities and its own bathroom with a toilet, shower, and vanity unit.

The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster and basic kitchen equipment , crockery, and cutler and complimentary tea and coffee on arrival.

Units can sleep up to 6 people when double bed and bed-settee are both shared.

All beds have electric blankets on the beds in the cold months.

Each unit has deck with an outside setting of a table and two chairs.

Bed linen and towels are provided for the double bed and the two single beds.

Long- double bed in one of the bedroom and two single beds in the other bedroom. A bed-settee in the lounge.

Studio tourist flat — Nightly

These newly refurbished self-contained studio units have a TV and their own ensuite with shower, toilet, and vanity unit. The kitchen has a small fridge, a microwave and hotplates, toaster, electric kettle,and basic crockery, cutlery,and kitchen equipment; and complimentary tea and coffee on arrival. Each unit has a dining table and two chairs, and an easy chair.

Units can sleep up to 2 people in a double bed.

Outside on the patio there is a small outdoor table and chairs.

Bed linen and towels are included. An electric blanket is provided in cold months.

These cabins have dining tables with chairs. The kitchens have fridge-freezers, microwaves, double hotplates, toasters, jugs, and basic crockery and cutlery.

A long -double bed , and four built-in bunks in a separate bedroom ( two bottom bunks and two top bunks).

Powered camp site — Per adult

You will have your own site on which to park your motorhome or caravan and car.

Caravans and campervans requiring power must have a current Electrical Warrant of Fitness.

If you have a tent and are connecting to power, you must have an approved isolating transformer or residual current device (RCD) with the blue round 3- pin plug.

Harbourside Holiday Park is set in beautiful park-like grounds opposite the harbour and just 450 metres from the Whitianga town centre.

Property Facilities

We have an outdoor seasonal swimming pool , outdoor dining and BBQ facility, picnic tables,communal kitchen, laundry, communal indoor dining area, clean toilets and new tiled showers,TV room, small lounge, boat wash, fish cleaning area, and small adventure playground. Wireless internet,provided by IKS, is $5 for 10GB for use on multiple devices.

Location / Distances

Harbourside Holiday Park is just across the road from a sandy estuary beach. Watch the boats in the inner harbour, launch your own kayak or dingy, or take the children for a paddle or to explore the estuary.

We are an easy 450 -metre stroll from the town centre, where you will find boutiques, gift shops, cafés, bars, restaurants, and the town’s information centre to help you with your charters, day trips, and a variety of inexpensive and fun activities.

Additional Information

A minimum stay and tariff applies over the peak season, public holidays and special event weekends.
When booking, you are agreeing to our holiday park rules. These rules have been adopted from the rules set by the Holiday Parks Association and are designed to ensure all guests have an enjoyable stay.

Prices are subject to change without prior notification.
Management retains the right to alter accommodation unit /campsite arrangement if required. Management reserves the right of entry at all times.
Bookings are not transferable. The person named on the reservation must be onsite for the duration of the stay and is ultimately responsible for all occupants and visitors for that unit/site.
Any damage to camp property must be paid for by the person making the reservation on behalf of the group.

Sorry, no pets are allowed in the park.

Payment Policy

Payments made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) are subject to a 2% processing fee.
Full payment is required to secure all bookings made within 21 days of your booked date of arrival.
OFF-PEAK: For bookings between 7 February and 20 December, a deposit equal to the value of 1 nights' stay or 25% of the booking value (whichever is the greater) is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due and must be paid 21 days before your booked date of arrival.
PUBLIC HOLIDAY AND SPECIAL EVENT WEEKENDS: full payment is required at the time of booking.
PEAK BOOKINGS; For all bookings between 20 December and 6 February, a deposit equal to the value of 2 nights' stay or 25% of the booking value ( whichever is the greater) is required to confirm the booking. The balance is due and must be paid 21 days before your booked date of arrival. Non receipt of payment on these terms may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation.

All nights booked must be paid for in full. No refunds for early departure or late arrival.
The person named on the reservation must be on site for the duration of the stay and is ultimately responsible for all occupants and visitors for that unit/site.

Cancellation Policy

We recommend that, when making bookings for any accommodation, you take out travel insurance. Deposits are non-refundable.
Bookings paid in full are not refundable.

Any changes or modifications to confirmed bookings will incur a $20 administration fee.
Harbourside Holiday Park reserves the right to cancel any booking if changes to the original dates are requested.

Bookings are not transferable. (The booking is a contract between the lead guest and Harbourside Holiday Park.)

We do not give refunds due to poor weather, if your circumstances change, if you simply change your mind, or if you have selected the wrong accommodation or dates for yourself.






Child Policy

Children are welcome. Parental control is expected in the facilities and grounds so that children do not harm themselves or annoy other guests.
Swimming pool -children under the age of 9 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
