We're located right on the beach but still close to all the required facilities with two Restaurants within a 2 minute walk and the New World Supermarket within a 10 minute walk or just a short drive.
Car Parking
Plenty of off street parking close to your accommodation, including a dump station for motor homes and caravans.
Location / Distances
We are conveniently located between Franz Josef Glacier to the South (2.5-3 hour drive) and Punakaiki or Pancake Rocks to the North (45 minute drive). The drive north to the Punakaiki has been rates one of the TOP 10 coastal Drives in the World so don't miss it.

Look for the signs off State Highway 6 2.5km south of the town centre when the speed limit changes from 70km to 50km, turn over the railway line and follow the Holiday Park signs towards the beach.

Payment Policy
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKINGS
A deposit of one night's accommodation will be processed when booking and a deposit confirmation email will be sent. We will take payment form visa/mastercard details with expiry date, please note there is a 2% Credit Card Fee.
Payment can also be made through Internet Banking BNZ: 020844 0054850 00. Please put your name in the "Particulars" and the date of stay in the "Reference". (Not available for On-Line Bookings)
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation (We Love You) Policy:
We love: The fact that you have chosen us to stay with while in Greymouth.
We love: The fact that you booked ahead making it much easier for us to manage our room/sites.
We love: The fact that you are happy to let us know in advance if you are not coming so that we can on-sell your room/site.
For all these reasons we will not charge you if you cancel your reservation, however if you do not arrive or don't cancel before 2pm on the day of arrival and don't let us know we will charge you the cost of the first nights stay. This is our "non-arrival" policy. (This policy is only valid for bookings made direct with us and does not cover group or agent bookings)
Child Policy
No charge for children under 2 years old.
Only the sites have a children's rate for children aged 2 - 14 years old, all other accommodation has an extra person rate for people aged 2 years and older.
Check In Policy
Your welcome to check-in after 2pm or earlier if the room is ready. Our office is open from 9.00am to 7.00pm in the winter and 8.30am to 9.00pm in the Summer. If you are arriving after hours please contact us for late arrival instructions.
