Additional Information
All units in our complex are smoke free. Ashtrays are provided outside the units and in the pool area. Please smoke outside and away from open windows, doors and other guests. In the event of
someone having smoked in the room there will be a cleaning fee equivalent to a minimum of one nights accommodation and more if required to remove the smell. We reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest.
Visitors are permitted at the managements discretion. The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behaviour resulting in loss of income to the motel, will be charged to the registered guest.
Payment Policy
All reservations require a guarantee, either by credit card or prepaid deposit . Usually no charge will be made against your credit card unless the guest fails to arrive or you are within your cancellation period. We reserve the right to take a $50.00 deposit if we think if is necessary.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing.
48 hours notice is required or full amount cancellation fees apply to any rooms and nights we are unable to resell. If rooms are resold only a $25.00 administration fee will apply.
Some events has a 'SPECIAL EVENT' cancellation policy and you will be advised of this with your confirmation. For these events any changes or cancellation within 28 days will incur a one night fee. If we are able to re sell the rooms, only an administration fee of $25.00 per room will apply. Any cancellations within 7 days will incur a full charge, unless we are able to re sell the rooms where you will incur an administration fee of $25.00 per room.
Child Policy
From 2 until left secondary school. Under 2 is FOC in not using a bed and/or you bring your own portacot, otherwise child rate.
Check In Policy
Early check in and late check out are available at $10.00 per hour and subject to availability.
