Bedding Policy
Bedding configurations are on a request basis only and subject to availability. Whilst we will do our best to meet your requirements, we cannot guarantee your requested bed type.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is NOT permitted in all units. If smoke is detected inside a unit there will be a charge to restore the unit to its non-smoking status.

Visitors
Visitors are welcome to visit guests up till 10pm.
Car parking is available.

Payment Policy

No payment is required at the time of booking, but we do require credit card details to secure your booking. If you have booked for a special period then payment may be required prior to arrival.
You will be required to provide a security deposit at check-in to guarantee payment of any incidental charges.
A card verification process may to done to confirm card details are correct, this will appear on your online statement for 5-7 working days and then will be removed as this transaction will not be processed.

Cancellation Policy

If your plans change for some reason, we do understand, and ask that you let us know as soon as possible. Failure to advise us may incur a charge. We require 48 hours notice of cancellation or a charge of one night’s accommodation may be made if your room cannot be re-let. Not showing up at all will incur a charge of one night’s accommodation. Any change to a confirmed reservation, on or within 48 hours of your arrival may incur a charge.

Cancellation periods may vary for group bookings, minimum stay bookings, peak period bookings. For some peak period bookings e.g Christmas and the New Year, Full Payment is required before November 1 with non refundable payment for cancellation of booking.

Child Policy

Children under age of 2 years or less are free if extra bedding is not required. Any child requiring extra bedding will be charged at the extra person rate. Baby cots/cribs and high chairs are usually available on request. An extra charge may apply.
