Full payment plus 2.5% credit card fee will be charged after booking and prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
I agree to pay a cancellation fee of full cost of booking to Paparoa Park Motel if I cancel with less than 7 days notification prior to check-in, or no show. Credit card processing fee of 2.5% will be charged.
Credit card details are stored securely and used only for 'no shows', cancellations within 7 days of the booking arrival, lost keys, or for wilful damage, theft, additional cleaning, smoking inside, inappropriate behavior or breaching terms (refer to us for group and special event booking terms).
If you book for consecutive nights and fail to turn up for the first night, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and no refunds will apply.
Use of facilities prior to check-in time of 2pm or after check-out time of 10am may incur additional charges.
Number of guests in your room is not to exceed the number made in the booking or additional charges will be made.
No responsibility is taken for guests personal property left on the premises.
Written cancellation by email is required.
We recommend you have your own Travel Insurance to cover cancellation for unforeseen situations such as adverse weather events as this is a high rainfall rainforest area, and our standard cancellation policies will still apply.
Children must be supervised in Motel grounds. There are steep areas and drop-offs.
