Payment Policy
Credit card details are required to secure a booking.
Cancellation Policy
Ski Season Cancellations made up to 7 days before the booked date incur a 10% charge. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will be charged the first night unless we resell the room, then 10% of the booking will be charged. Any early check outs will incur the full booking price unless we resell the room, then 10% will be charged.
Outsdie of the ski season (November to June) Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in the first night being charged unless we resell the room.
Check In Policy
Mardi Gras 2026. We will require a $300 refundable bond to be paid for each room for Mardi Gras bookings. We have a no guest policy for Mardi Gras weekend. Our hot tubs will not be available for Mardi Gras weekend.
