Credit Card details are required at time of booking.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price within 10 days before arrival.
A deposit may be requested for group or large bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled or changes made 14 days prior to arrival without charge.
If cancelled or modified within 14 days of arrival the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In the case of a "No Show" full accommodation costs will be charged.
We also encourage guests to take out holiday cancellation insurance.

Child Policy
All children are welcome.
• All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
• All children under 2 years stay free of charge for children's cots/cribs.
• All older children or adults are charged NZD 50 per person per night when using existing beds.
• The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1.
Check In Policy
Check In is from 2.00pm. Reception closes at 3.00pm. If you arrive after this time we will leave your key in an envelope with your name on it on the reception door which will contain instructions on how to access your apartment. Please pop down in the morning to complete our check in procedure.
