Penke Panke Lodge has 21 guest rooms in 3 interconnected accommodation buildings and a separate Bar & Bistro in the building in front of the lodge. Penke Panke Lodge offering accommodation that ranges from self-contained ski apartments with private bathrooms and fully-equipped kitchens to budget private rooms and limited shared rooms to also have a nice mix of rooms to cater to all needs: single, double, twin, triple, quad and 5- 7 people in the apartments. Most of our quad and self-contained rooms also include a sitting area.
Penke Panke Lodge has a very nice communal area and is a great space to meet new friends, a separate games room adjoining the dining area and a bar that serves food all day until 11pm in the building in front.

Payment Policy
A 40% holding deposit is required within 7 days of the time of booking to confirm the reservation and the residual 60% is required 30 days before arrival.
We will send you a Flywire link for anyone who would like to pay with a foreign currency or the bank details for associated property for those who would like to pay with Japanese yen.
Flywire accepts credit cards and is a cost effective and easy way to pay from outside of Japan using your local bank or credit card.
Telegraphic Transfers from outside of Japan to our bank account will incur a 4,000 yen processing fee per transaction.
In the case that you would like to use your credit card while at the property a 3.5% service fee will apply.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking and you give us more than 30 days notice we will credit the deposit to a future booking with us and can be used toward a future stay at any property managed by Hakuba Lodge Coop.
Credits do not have an expiry date and are non-transferable.
Deposits are forfeited for cancellations within 30 days.
Please double check your arrival and departure dates are correct, as we will take other bookings based on the dates above and we are not responsible for bookings made for the incorrect dates. If your flight is delayed or cancelled and you miss your first nights’ accommodation, please contact your airline or Travel Insurance for compensation as accommodation and pre-booked transfers need to be paid in line with reservation.
Guests who break house rules will be asked to leave and any accommodation fees will not be refunded.
