Our Beach House offers holiday homes and apartments at various location in Raglan. All units have good quality cell phone coverage and free wifi.

It is important that you note the address of the unit you booked to ensure you arrive at the right address.

Our Beach House is a trading arm of Wainui Management Limited a New Zealand registered Company

Payment is made at the time of booking, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policies vary throughout the year as follows;

Field Days and Public Holiday Weekends: 30 days written notification is required. Within 30 days is non-refundable.

Peak Summer Holiday Season 19 December – 10 January: 30 days written notification is required. Within 30 days is non-refundable.

Off Peak : 7 days written notification is required. Within 7 days is non-refundable.

We understand that at sometimes cancellations occur through circumstances beyond your control. In these cases we are happy to discuss alternative dates with you

Child Policy

Children under age of three stay free.

Check In Policy

There is no onsite presence at the Holiday Homes. Each unit has a key lock box situated at the primary entrance.

The directions to the property and wifi password are shown on your booking confirmation.Prior to your arrival we will send you a booking reminder and the key storage box access code.

If you have supplied us with a cell phone number we will also text the codes to you.

There are to be no party's unless authorised by the owner and all guests must vacate by 10pm.
