Payment Policy
For all reservations a deposit of one night%92s tariff or 25% of the value of the booking (whichever is the greater) will be requested at the time to secure the reservation. Provision of credit card details to guarantee the deposit will be accepted at the discretion of management. Should no deposit or credit card guarantee be provided, any reservation is deemed unconfirmed and therefore invalid unless advised otherwise by management.
Cancellation Policy
7 days notice is required for all cancellations . Full deposit refunds will be provided for cancellations made with at least 7 days notice. Cancellation within 7 days will attract a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the deposit paid or guaranteed by credit card.
Non-Arrival - In the event a guest does not arrive, a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the deposit paid or guaranteed by credit card will apply.
