Late check in and check out arrangement's can be easily accommodated. Please contact Motel directly to make prior arrangements.
Focus Motel and Executive Suites has a no smoking policy inside all units. Infringement will incur a charge of one nights accomadation to cover the cost of dry cleaning and subsequent loss of revenue. Guest acknowledge that they are liable to Focus Motel and Executive Suites for the payment of the cost and charges incurred inconnection with all services provided under this registration and that they have responsibility for any damages or breakages. I authorise Focus Motel & Executive Suites to debit any outstanding charges for accomadation, or damages to my credit card.
