A tidy and comfortable cottage set in mature gardens which run to the water front. The house sleeps up to eight and is the ideal spot for relaxing, bird watching, fishing, boating, kayaking and handy to Havelock. Near by is the wine growing region of Marlborough. You are just thirty minutes away from Renwick and it's well known vineyards of Nautilus, Forrest Estate, Framingham and Hunters to name just a few. The nearby Pelorus river is an ideal swimming place and is one of the locations for the filming of the Hobbit movie.
The House is all electric, with microwave in the kitchen, fridge/freezer and standard sized electric stove. The kitchen opens out onto a sitting room with a log burner (wood supplied), TV, DVD and CD players. Off the sitting room is the deck with a gas BBQ and table with views over the water. There are two bathrooms and laundry with a washing machine.
This property welcomes pets. It has an enclosed balcony but no fencing around the property. They are to stay outside unless agreed upon with us.

Havelock (greenshell mussel capital of the world!) 10 min
Marlborough produces around 80% of NZ wines, notably Savignon Blanc. Marlborough is also home to The Queen Charlotte Track (one of NZ's great walks) and many other superb walking and mountain bike tracks. There are many, many options for kayaking, boat cruises and eco tours throughout Marlborough. She is a region with many options and will keep you busy or a place for rest whilst enjoying the views.

The access road is somewhat narrow and winding. If you tow your own boat to this property it is to be under 6m, otherwise the unit can be stored in Havelock or your boat on the mooring.
A payment of 50% of the amount is required to secure your booking. If your arrival date is within 4 weeks of this email you are required to pay 100%.

If you wish to cancel your booking for any reason 21 days or more prior to arrival date you will receive a full refund less the $40 non-refundable administration fee. Otherwise you will only get a full refund if we can re-book your dates.
