The double cabin has a double bunk with single bed above. All bed linen are supplied, bring own towels.

Please bring your own cutlery, plates, cups and any cooking equipment/utensils. Some items are available in the camp kitchen for communal use.

Designed to cater for couples that want a bit more space and privacy, this cabin has a queen bed with innerspring mattress, bed linen, towels, electric blanket, larger fridge, heater and/or fan. It is also close to all amenities including the kitchen.

We also supply - Cutlery; Plates; Cups; Glasses; Pots and pans; Jug; Toaster; Coffee Plunger.

Your pet is welcome in this cabin at a charge of $20 (this is a one off cleaning charge). Please view our Pet Policy under property details below.

Studio Motel 7 — Nightly

An ideal studio for couples with a queen bed, and kitchenette. The kitchenette features microwave, fridge, electric jug, toaster, cutlery and crockery. Use of communal kitchen. The bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. All bedding and towels are provided. There is also a small deck area with an outdoor table and chairs.

A studio for couples or families with a queen bed and one set of bunk beds with full linen. The unit has a dining table and chairs, SmartTV, air conditioning and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and towels.

The Ensuite Studio Motel unit can sleep up to 4 guests. The unit has a queen bed and one set of single bunks which are in the same area. It has a dining table and chairs, TV, microwave and kitchen which is fully equipped. It has it's own Bathroom with full linen supplied.

Caravan - Pet Friendly — Nightly Rate (1-5 people)

This is a renovated caravan with the comfort of a new double bed. The caravan has newly installed awning with single bunk beds. All linen and towels is provided.

We also supply crockery, cutlery, glassware, jug, toaster and fridge.

The Havelock Holiday Park is in the historic township of Havelock at the head of the Pelorus Sound which is part of the famous Marlborough Sounds. The Havelock Holiday Park offers basic cabins, Studio Motel unit and all weather van sites and spacious tent sites. Located between the main street of Havelock township and the Havelock Marina, you are very close to everything.

During your stay you will enjoy the family orientated holiday park which offers clean kitchen and bathroom facilities, wheelchair accessible toilet, spacious laundry, BBQ area, children's playground, Free-to-Air TV and free internet.

Car Parking

Powered sites, tent sites and cabins all have room for one vehicle. We have very large powered and tent sites and there may be room for a boat as well if you inform us prior to your stay.

Directions to Property

The Havelock Holiday Park is an easy drive from the Picton Ferry terminal: heading south follow SH1 and turn right at the Rapaura Road turnoff( round about at 4Square), travel for 10km then turn right onto SH6 and drive to Havelock township - 50mins travelling time.

Check NZTA Road closures before you take scenic route from Picton ferry terminal take Queen Charlotte Drive. This is a narrow, winding road but you will have the opportunity to stop at the many scenic lookouts to view the stunning Queen Charlotte and Pelorus Sounds - 70mins travelling time.

From Nelson follow SH6 east - 70mins travelling time.

With only 30 minutes drive to the grape growing region of Renwick, we in Havelock, are ideally located for visiting Marlborough wineries.

From Kaikoura follow SH1 to the Blenheim township and follow the road signage to SH6, travel through the small settlement of Renwick, continue north on SH6 to historic Havelock - 150mins travelling time.

Additional Information

Pet Policy - Pets are only permitted to be brought into the Park by guests staying in campervans, caravans or tents (strict pet rules apply). Pets are NOT permitted to be brought into the Park by guests staying in our basic cabins even if confined to a vehicle. Should a pet be found to have been inside your room a professional cleaning/de-contamination charge of NZ$75.00 will apply.

Pet rules for pet friendly accommodation only:

• Your pet must be on a leash at all times when outside the room or vehicle;
• Your pet is not permitted on the furniture;
• Your pet must hold current vaccination certificates, be clean, and free of fleas;
• You must supply their food/water bowls and bedding;
• At no time is your pet to be left unattended in the accommodation provided;
• All animal waste must be collected and disposed of in the bins at one of the recycling stations;
• Credit card details are required at check in as security for any additional cleaning charges that may be needed in the unit.

Payment Policy

A credit card deposit of one night's accommodation will be required to confirm and secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy

If your booking is cancelled prior to 7 days of your arrival, the deposit paid will be refunded less a $20 administration fee.
If your booking is cancelled within 7 days of your arrival, the deposit is not refundable.
No refunds for early departure .
A no show is considered a cancelled booking.

Winter Promotions - these bookings are non-refundable.

Child Policy

We welcome children and for their entertainment we have a trampoline, playground, new pump track and tennis court.

Infants under 2 are free of charge

Check In Policy

Check-in is between 1pm - 7pm. If you are planning on arriving later than 7pm then it is your responsibility to advise us of this fact at the time of booking so that we can inform you of our late check-in procedures. Similarly if you are delayed or it becomes apparent that you will be arriving later than 8pm then you will need to contact us to obtain late check-in procedures. Failure to advise/contact us in relation to late arrivals may result in your being locked out and unable to gain access to your site or accommodation unit.
